Up & Down Week Ahead
TONIGHT: Mainly clear and quiet conditions are in store. Look for lows in the mid 40s. Winds will taper into the 5 to 10 mph range.
TUESDAY: A mostly sunny day is on tap along with seasonably cool highs in the upper 60s. Breezy WNW winds between 10 and 20 mph are likely and some gusts may be up to around 25 mph.
TUESDAY NIGHT: Clear and even colder conditions should develop with expected lows in the mid to upper 30s. Some patchy frost will be possible for the first time this season.
WEDNESDAY: Plan on brilliant sunshine, a few fair weather clouds, and continued cool highs in the low 60s.
THURSDAY: A return to the low 70s is likely as southerly winds develop. Another mostly sunny day can be expected.
FRIDAY: We’re looking at highs in the 60s to low 70s but a cold front will push through the region during the day. Clouds should be on the increase and there may even be a few showers and storms around during the afternoon, evening, and overnight hours.
SATURDAY: Morning showers are possible but a clearing trend from west to east is likely as the day unfolds. Highs in the upper 50s may be the best we can do.
