Two Stabbed in Apparent Dispute

VERONA, Miss. (WCBI)-One Verona woman is in critical condition after what Verona Police believe was a dispute. Verona police arrived on scene of the Nest Apartments on Raymond Avenue around 7:50 last night after receiving a 911 call that two people were stabbed. Police say they found a woman stabbed in the arm and abdomen and a man with a severe cut to his hand and partially amputated finger. Both were transported to North Mississippi Regional Center. Official charges have not been filed yet.
