Two men have been arrested in Oxford for separate child neglect cases

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – Two men have been arrested in Oxford for separate cases of child neglect.

Derek Joslin and Ryan Yourn have both been charged with Felony Child neglect.

Both children in these cases tested positive for illegal narcotics.

Both men were given 20 thousand dollar bonds.
