Two Men Charged With Sexual Battery In Lowndes County

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- Sheriff’s office detectives say Brandon Chase Ratliff and Nathan Kyles remain in jail.

Investigators tell WCBI the alleged incident happened over a year ago while all three people were drinking.

It was reported to deputies two weeks ago.

The sheriff’s department says the alleged victim was incapacitated at the time.

Bond has not been set for the suspects.

A mugshot of Kyles was not available from the jail this afternoon.
