Two Arrested For Failing To Register As Sex Offenders
CHICKASAW CO., Miss. (WCBI) – Two men are arrested in Chickasaw County this week for failing to register as sex offenders.

SMITH
On Monday, Chickasaw County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cecil Smith on Monroe Street in Okolona.
Smith failed to report to the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department or the DPS driver’s license station that he moved away from the address he had been registered at before.
On Wednesday, the U.S. Marshal’s Service, MDOC, and the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department arrested Neil Kelly in Houlka.
Kelly also failed to report to the proper authorities that he no longer lived at the address where he was registered.

KELLY
Both Smith and Kelly were arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.
According to Mississippi laws, sex offenders have to report any change of address at least ten days before they move.
