Video: Tupelo Shooting

TUPELO, Miss.  (WCBI) – The Tupelo Police Department is currently investigating an aggravated assault that occurred early Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to a residence on Bryson Drive just before 2:00am. Once on the scene they found a young black male suffering from a gunshot wound. The shooting is believed to be the result of an argument between family members. The victim was transported to NMMC for treatment. Tupelo PD do have a person of interest in custody.
