Tupelo Police Searching for Suspects in Shooting

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — Tupelo police are searching for two suspects in connection with a fight that turned into a shooting.

It was shortly before nine Sunday when witnesses say a fight broke out in the parking lot of J’s Mart convenience store on West Main.

Witnesses say the victims fled in a car, and were chased by the suspects, who opened fire along Foster Street.

No one was hurt, but police are questioning potential suspects and witnesses .

Police are searching for at least two suspects in connection with the report of shots fired.
