Tupelo Police Make Sexual Battery Arrest

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A Thailand native is charged with sexual battery for an alleged incident in Tupelo.

Tupelo police say an adult woman filed a police report, saying she was attacked.

Investigators say the victim and Kobchaine Timpatthana, 51, who now lives in Tupelo, were acquaintances.

Bond was set at $500,000.

The investigation continues.
