Travis Outlaw Hosts Annual Basketball Camp
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Former NBA player and Starkville native Travis Outlaw is helping the next generation of ballers improve their game.
For the past three days, Outlaw has been hosting his “Elite 25” Basketball Camp in his hometown.
The interactive camp teaches fundamentals and team concepts. Coaches also encourage good sportsmanship.
Outlaw says he wants the campers to develop into confident players who are prepared for life as a student-athlete.
Outlaw, who started his career with the Portland Trailblazers, retired from the NBA after 12 years.
