Thousands in Cash, Drugs Confiscated; Lowndes Seeks 2 Suspects
This search warrant was the result of a five-month investigation into the distribution of ice methamphetamine in Lowndes County and the Golden Triangle area.
Agents with the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit, the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, and the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department Special Response Team converged on the small three-building compound late Friday evening just before dark. After securing the three structures on the property agents found that the suspects were not on scene.
A search of the property, however, resulted in the seizure of over 36 ounces of ice methamphetamine, over four ounces of high grade marijuana, two separate types of illegal prescription medications, scales and paraphernalia for packaging and distributing the drugs, numerous guns, a stolen four wheeler, and over $16,000 in cash.
Agents processed the scene through the night and are continuing the investigation to apprehend the suspects.

Agents are currently looking for John Marcus Braddock, 41, of 911 Sullivan Road and Angela Spratlin, 29, of 911 Sullivan Road in Lowndes County.
