Suspect sought in Louisville shooting

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Louisville Police are looking for a suspect in connection to the shooting death of a man Monday.

Police Chief Sean Holdiness said investigators have issued an arrest warrant for murder for Rushaka Cobb.

Investigators believe he is involved in the death of  Lee Andrew Hughes, Junior, 27. Hughes was found dead Monday morning at a home on North Court Avenue.

Investigators were initially trying to determine if the gunshot was self-inflicted or if the case was a homicide.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is assisting in the case.
