Stronger Storms Develop Tonight
TONIGHT: Some stronger storms will begin to push in from the northwest after 10 pm. The biggest threat with these storms will be gusty winds, but small hail and even a spin up tornado cannot be ruled out. Heavy rain and localized flooding will also be an issue as some of these storms could easily drop an inch of rain in a short period of time. The storms should clear our area by 4 or 5 am. Make sure to change clocks forward an hour tonight as daylight saving time begins at 2 am.
SUNDAY: Highs stay in the 60s and there is a 40% chance of morning showers. Once the front pushes through, winds will sharply shift to be from the northwest, and will be between and 10-20 mph.
NEXT WEEK: Skies remain mostly clear through the work week, bringing plenty of sunshine. However, temperatures will remain well below normal with highs in the 50s and overnight lows close to or below freezing for most of the week.
