Storms Return This Weekend
TODAY: Sunny and pleasant. Highs in the mid 60s, with light breezes out of the northeast. Clear and cool overnight. Lows in the low 40s.
WED/THU: Highs in the upper 60s with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Overnight lows in the upper 40s to near 50°.
FRIDAY: We should stay dry through the day on Friday, but a few showers and storms possible after sunset. Mostly cloudy, with highs in the low to mid 70s. Chance of rain around 30%.
SATURDAY: Scattered showers and thunderstorms likely as a cold front pushes through the area. Some storms may be strong, but it’s still a bit early to be nailing down an exact severe weather threat. Models have come into slightly better agreement on the timing, and it does appear most of the rain will hold off until Saturday. Highs in the upper 60s. Rain should end by the evening. Lows in the mid 30s.
SUN/MON: Much cooler Sunday. Sunny, with highs in the upper 50s. Lows in the low 30s Sunday night. A few spots may freeze into Monday morning. Another cool and sunny day on Monday. Highs in the upper 50s.
