Steam water line ruptures at Tronox in Hamilton

HAMILTON, Miss. (WCBI) – A steam water line ruptures this morning at Tronox in Hamilton, causing a short shut down.

The company says there was no damage and no injuries.

An emergency response protocol was initiated and operations were safely brought back online.

Tronox is investigating the incident, to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
