State Rep. Howell Won’t Seek Another Term
KILMICHAEL, Miss. (WCBI) — A long-time state representative says he won’t seek another term in the November 2015 elections.
Republican Bobby Howell announced this week he is stepping aside when his term ends at the end of next year
The 72-year-old former mayor of Kilmichael has represented District 46 since 1992. He will be 74 by the time he retires.
The district covers all of Montgomery County and parts of Webster, Attala, Carroll, Leflore and Grenada counties.
