Starkville Police Make Aggravated Assault Arrest

STARKVILLE, Miss. — It happened Thursday afternoon in broad daylight. Starkville Police were called to the scene of an alleged stabbing on Yellow Jacket Drive.

Less than 24 hours later, investigators arrested 36 year old Jack Goss, Jr. for aggravated assault.

The victim was treated and released at Oktibbeha County Regional Medical Center.

Goss’ bond has been set at 50,000 dollars. He is being held at the Oktibbeha County Jail awaiting his initial court appearance.
