Starkville police investigate shooting near apartment complex

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- A shooting investigation is underway in Starkville.

Corporal Brandon Lovelady with SPD says the shooting happened on Reed Road near the Chandler Park Apartments.

Police are unaware of any injuries and say it doesn’t appear anyone was shot.

An arrest is expected to be made.

The incident is still under investigation.
