Starkville Police Arrest Fleeing Suspect
PRESS RELEASE
On April 3, 2016 officers of the Starkville Police Department responded to Holiday Inn, 110 Highway 12 West, in reference to a suspicious person. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area. This vehicle then fled at a high rate of speed. With the assistance of the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office, 25 year old Cortez Robinson of Starkville was apprehended near Microtel, 12104 Highway 182, in Starkville.

ROBINSON
Robinson was charged with Failure to Stop a Motor Vehicle When Officer Signals(Felony), Disorderly Conduct, No Insurance, No Driver’s License and No Headlights. Robinson was also served two warrants for unrelated incidents.
