Video: Spears Sworn In For Second Term on CMSD Board

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Jason Spears is ready to serve another term on the board of the Columbus Municipal School District.

Spears was sworn in for his second term on the board Tuesday morning by Mayor Robert Smith.

He says he wants to help ensure all children in the district have a quality education. And he wants the community to play a part in the process.

Spears was first appointed to the board in 2012.
