Showers on Saturday With Gradual Clearing Sunday
COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Expect cooler conditions with scattered showers on Saturday. The rain will clear out of the region by Sunday to give us a pleasant afternoon.
TONIGHT – Expect another cool and mild night to end off the work week. Heading into the overnight hours, temperatures will cool off into the lower 40s. Clouds will gradually begin to make their way into the region after midnight ahead of our next weather system on Saturday.
THIS WEEKEND – Heavy cloud coverage sticks around through the morning hours on Saturday before a few scattered showers move in for the afternoon and evening. Most of the heavy rainfall stays east. It will be chilly with highs in the mid 50s. The rain looks to clear out of the area by Sunday, leaving us with mostly cloudy skies to start before clearing for the afternoon.
NEXT WEEK – Expect more sunshine for the start of the next work week and cooler temperatures! Monday and Tuesday look to be the coldest days of next week with overnight lows dipping into the upper 20s!
