Shannon man struck by car early Tuesday morning

LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Shannon man is hit and killed by a car early this morning.

Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green says the accident happened on Noah Curtis Highway about 1:20 AM.

27-year-old Joshua Phillips died at the scene.

Shannon police are investigating.
