SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. EMA reported baseball sized hail.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is

- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening
to 20.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then begin to
fall early Tuesday afternoon but will remain above flood
stage.
