Counties.

For the Shoal Creek...including Iron City...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Shoal Creek near Iron City.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water begins to flood portions of Railroad
Rd east of Hwy 242, and approaches Wayland Springs Rd Hwy 242
north of Iron City. These roads may be impassable at higher levels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.0 feet and rising.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:30 AM CDT Sunday was 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.0
feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
this evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following
counties, Lincoln and Moore.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 254 AM CDT, Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Decatur, Florence, Athens, Muscle Shoals, Russellville,
Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Fayetteville, Moulton, Red Bay,

Tibbee Creek Near Tibbee affecting Clay County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tibbee Creek near Tibbee.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening to Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Flood water is covering the gravel road
south of West Point that leads to the Tibbee Creek bridge near
Tibbee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will begin rising tonight and is
expected to rise above flood stage late Sunday evening. It
will crest near 24.2 feet on Monday.
- Flood stage is 23 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Extensive agricultural flooding is
occurring. Access to low-lying areas is restricted due to flood
waters covering secondary roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:15 PM CDT Saturday was 23.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.5
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage tomorrow morning.

* WHERE...Tombigbee River at Bigbee.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Bigbee Road just west of the river will
flood. Access to several homes will be restricted. Large area of
farm land will flood west of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 PM CDT Saturday was 15.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 22.0 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall early Monday afternoon. It will rise to
21.8 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall again but
remain above flood stage.

* WHERE...Buttahatchie River near Aberdeen.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night to Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flood water begins to cover Air Base Road
located on the west bank of the river. Low-lying farmland near the
river also begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early Monday
morning to 13.6 feet Monday evening. It will then fall below
flood stage late Tuesday morning to 12.7 feet early Wednesday
morning. It will rise to 12.8 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 369.0 feet, Box Elder Drive is flooding just east of
the bridge over Beason Creek. Stadium Drive is flooded at
Musselers Lane.

- At 10:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 362.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 368.8
feet Tuesday evening.
- Action stage is 365.0 feet.
