Saltillo Man Arrested on Child Enticement Charge

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Tupelo Police arrest an elderly Saltillo man.

65 year old Gary Waddle is charged with enticement of a child for sexual purposes.

Waddle was allegedly communicating with a person, who he thought was a minor, on the internet.

When it came time for a meeting, Tupelo Police were waiting.

Waddle’s bond is set at $20,000.

Tupelo Police have made 13 arrests, of this kind, since the first of the year.
