Roy Oswalt to Start for Rockies

DENVER (WCBI Sports) – Roy Oswalt is slated to start on the mound for the Colorado Rockies Thursday. It would be his debut with the team after he signed  to play in AA in early May.

Oswalt was born in Weir, Miss. He made his major league debut in 2001 and is a three-time all-star. He has played most of his career with the Houston Astros.

The Rockies play the Nationals Thursday in Washington, D.C.
