Road Work to Close One Lane of State Route 6

TUPELO, Miss. (Daily Journal) — A mill and overlay project will reduce a portion of State Route 6 to one lane for the next few weeks.

MDOT says the project will affect a stretch from State Road 76 to Gloster Street in Tupelo. Motorists should expect delays in this area and seek alternate routes.

The project is expected to be completed by mid-May.
