Video: Residents Brave Cold for Christmas Parade

MANTACHIE, Miss. (WCBI) – It was a bitter cold Saturday in Mantachie, but that didn’t stop the annual Christmas parade.

Motorists on Highway 371 were backed up as the town lined the street to watch the event.

The Mantachie fire department led the way.

The grand marshals for this year’s parade included the Mantachie High School band and football team.

The annual event is sponsored by the Mantachie Lions Club.
