Report Of Missing Aircraft In Monroe County

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Emergency crews are assembling at the Monroe County Airport after a report of a missing plane.

EMA Director Bunky Goza could not provide many details about when the report came in Tuesday morning.

A number of emergency crews are on the way to the airport, near Amory.

WCBI is told crews are searching for a beacon from the aircraft.
