Prentiss County DUI arrest takes turn: Rienzi man faces felony accusations
PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Prentiss County Deputies had a successful weekend manning safety checkpoints across the county.
On Friday, a deputy arrested James David Braddock for a suspended Driver’s License and DUI.
But further investigation led to further problems for the Rienzi man.
By the time it was over Braddock was also facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility, and tampering with physical evidence, for reportedly trying to destroy evidence in the jail.
A Prentiss County Justice Court Judge set Braddock’s bond at $15,000.
