Prentiss Co. Investigators Make Drug Busts
Prentiss County, Miss. (WCBI) – High-grade marijuana and meth are off the streets in Prentiss County after several busts.
Rachel Christine Sweitzer, 19, is charged with manufacture of a controlled substance.
Sheriff Randy Tolar says narcotics investigators found an elaborate hydrophonic marijuana grow system where she lived on County Road 1040.
She has been released on a $7,500 bond.
In a separate case, Stephen Robert Hopkins, 51, was arrested at a checkpoint when deputies found meth. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of precursors.
At Hopkins’ home, investigators say they found a meth lab.
Linda Morgan, 52, was arrested there and charged with manufacturing a controlled substance.
