Possession Of A Weapon Arrest

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Yesterday, November 1, Starkville P.D. arrested Felicia Monroe for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Stolen Firearm, and Possession of a Weapon by Felon.

The arrest happened at an apartment on Everglade Avenue.

39 year-old Monroe was transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail with a total bond of $60,000.
