Pontotoc man arrested on Domestic Violence, Child Pornography charges

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A juvenile welfare check leads to a domestic violence arrest on the Square in Oxford this weekend.

Anthony Powell, 24, was arrested on Aggravated Domestic Violence and Possession of Child Pornography charges.

After police made contact, the juvenile was taken to the hospital after alleged abuse.

The Pontotoc native’s bond is set at $150,000.
