Pine Tree Music Festival in Downtown Ackerman

ACKERMAN, Miss. (WCBI) — The Pine Tree Music Festival took place in Downtown Ackerman Saturday.

It was a fun day to get out and enjoy live entertainment, a car show and a pet show in the city of Ackerman and a 5k “Miles for Happy Smiles” run as well.
Some new events were added as well to the event this year including the Kid’s World and a Water Dunkin Booth.

Choctaw County Chamber of Commerce Director Donna Mckay says it’s a way for people to just come out and have fun.

“It’s just you know people are here just to have a great day and have fun, food, and fellowship. Just have a great time with each other,” said Chamber of Commerce Director Donna Mckay.
