Peeping Tom Arrest Made in Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A man is arrested for voyeurism after someone spotted him in the act.

Derek Kimble, 23, is charged with voyeurism. That charge is a misdemeanor.

Around 12:15 Tuesday afternoon, Tupelo Police officers were called to South Highland Drive for a possible “peeping tom.”

The witness on scene provided a good description of Kimble, and police caught him a little while later walking on Boggan Avenue.

Kimble was arraigned at Lee County Justice Court, where Judge Chuck Hopkins set his bond at $3,500.00.
