Oxford police make sexual battery arrest
OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – Oxford police made a sexual assault arrest.
22-year-old Samuel Parham was charged with sexual battery.
Oxford police took a report on December 3 about the alleged incident.
He was recently arrested.
Parham was given a $50,000 bond.
