Oxford Man Arrested For Strangling, Pistol-Whipping Ex-Girlfriend

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – An Oxford man is jailed on domestic violence charges stemming from an incident that occurred over the weekend.

                     McIntosh

44-year-old Shawn McIntosh is charged with domestic violence – aggravated assault.

He’s accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend and slapping her with a pistol.

McIntosh’s bond was set at three-thousand dollars.

The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
