One Person Is Injured After Shooting In East Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- One person is injured after a shooting in East Columbus Tuesday night.

Columbus Police confirm a 13-year-old was shot in the leg.

The shooting happened just after 8:30 on Maple Street.

Police say the victim has non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting remains under investigation.
