One person dead after two car crash in Tupelo

TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – One person is dead following a two-car crash in Tupelo this afternoon.

Police responded to the accident around 2:30 at the intersection of Coley Road and Old Belden Circle.

The driver of one of the cars died at the scene. The other driver was not seriously injured but was taken to the hospital.

The accident remains under investigation.
