Video: One Dead, One Jailed In Apartment Shooting

TUPELO, MS (WCBI) – One man is dead after a Monday night shooting in Tupelo.   Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green says 22 year old Travonte Young died in the 8:30 PM shooting at the Barley Courts Apartments on South Green Street.  Tupelo Police say it appears Young was in a fight with another person when he was shot.  That person is in custody at this time .  Chief Bart Aquirre says more details on the case will be released later today.
