One Caught, One Still on Run in Monroe County

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — One of Monroe County’s Most Wanted is now behind bars but another still is on the run.

Kelby Carter, 28, was caught today by sheriff’s deputies near Aberdeen. She is wanted for questioning in connection with several homes and businesses in the county.

Deputies say her suspected partner, 34-year-old Justin F. Bell, is still at large.
