Okolona Students Win National Title
OKOLONA, Miss. (WCBI) – A pair of Okolona sophomores brought home the gold from the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America national competition in Orlando. Tyson Eddie and Tracey Young won first place in the illustrated talk category with their skit and information board outlining the dangers of “Shaken Baby Syndrome.” Eddie will serve as state vice-president of FCCLA and will attend a leadership conference in Washington D.C. this October.
