Non Profits Benefit From Annual ‘Holiday Tree Festival’
TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – Five Northeast Mississippi non profits now have more resources to carry out their mission, thanks to an annual festival.
The Tupelo Women’s Club held its annual “Holiday Tree Festival” at the Country Club. Hundreds of people had a chance to bid on custom made Christmas trees, and a number of silent auction items.
All proceeds will be split among five non profits including, Regional Rehab, the Tree of Life Clinic and Helping Hands.
“We’re very happy to give back and like I said, starting out the season right with giving, and that’s what Christmas is about, giving to others and these organizations we’re giving to do so much for our community and we’re happy we get to give back,” said Kimberly Jeffares, of the Tupelo Women’s Club.
The Holiday Tree Festival also featured door prizes , music and food.
