New Research Building Opening at MSU

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)–Mississippi State University will celebrate the opening of a new building Monday (9-17). The Thad Cochran Research Technology and Economic Development Park in Starkville. U.S. Senators, Thad Cochran and Roger Wicker are just a few of the speakers that will attend the  two o’clock ceremony. Officials say the 20,000 square foot building is home to a new Pennsylvania-based business that specializes in engineered materials and optoelectronic components. The 272 acre park is home to nine buildings and 1500 employees.
