MSU recruiting assistant Rod Gibson arrested for DUI
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI Sports) – WCBI has confirmed that Rod Gibson was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with driving under the influence, according to the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office.
Gibson is a recruiting assistant on the Mississippi State University football team’s staff. The arrest happened in Oktibbeha County at 1:07 a.m. Sunday. No further details were made available.
MSU hired Gibson in February. He was the running backs coach at Co-Lin Community College before that, and played running back for the Bulldogs during the 1998-99 seasons.
