MS COVID-19 cases have slight decline over weekend

JACKSON,Miss. (WCBI)- The Mississippi State Department of Health reports 655 new cases of COVID-19 with 17 new deaths.

There are 15 new cases among long term care facilities within the state.

The total number of cases is more than 93,087 thousand with more than 2,809 thousand deaths.

It’s presumed that 78,971 Mississippians have recovered from the virus.
