Video: Motorcycle Crash Sends One To Hospital

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – One person was injured after a van rear-ended a motorcycle in Columbus Thursday (10/25) afternoon.

The accident happened just south of Perkins Road on Highway 45 shortly after 12:00.

According to witnesses, there were two people on the motorcycle. They were traveling north when the van crashed into them.

A female passenger on the motorcycle was taken by ambulance to Baptist Golden Triangle.  No word on her injuries.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
