KILMICHAEL, Miss. (WCBI Sports) – Montgomery County is coming off a two-win season a year ago. The Hornets couldn’t improve on their five-win year in 2014.
Montgomery County did beat McAdams and Ethel in division a year ago, but with teams like French Camp, Nanih Waiya and Noxapater in their division, it’ll be tough sledding again in 1A.
Al Dotson is expected to return for his second season as head coach. He’s been an assistant at South Panola and Kirk Academy in the past. He became head coach in Kilmichael just a few weeks before the 2015 season began.
Montgomery County last made the postseason in 2010.
