Monroe County supervisor race to be challenged

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Monroe County supervisor race is being challenged.

Brian Atkins is challenging the results of the November general election.

Rubel West had a close victory in the district three contest.

Atkins filed the challenge Monday, claiming absentee and affidavit ballots were improperly counted.
