Video: Monroe Co. Man Decorates Hay Bales like Despicable Me Minions

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Monroe County man is turning hay bales into a work of art.

If you’re driving on Highway 45 near Hamilton, it’s hard to miss the two hay bales decorated like the minions in the movie Despicable Me.

Monroe County resident James Bell told WCBI he did it for his grandkids, since that’s one of their favorite movies.

Last fall, he also turned some hale bales into pumpkins for Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Bell hopes to decorate some for Valentine’s Day as well.
