Monroe Co. Couple Arrested for Meth Lab
MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Monroe County couple is behind bars after deputies say they found a working meth lab inside their home.
Deputies made the bust Saturday night at a home on Metts Road, near Nettleton.
Sheriff Cecil Cantrell says they arrested Gary and Carolyn Stafford after working on this case for about a month now.
Cantrell says they’re being charged with possession of precursors, manufacturing meth, and manufacturing meth to sell. He says the couple has faced similar charges before.
They will make their first court appearance sometime this week.
